Prof. Thomas Baeck, IEEE Fellow

Thomas Bäck (Fellow, IEEE) , Academician of the European Academy of Sciences received the Diploma degree in Computer Science in 1990 and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in 1994, both from the University of Dortmund, Germany. He is Professor of Computer Science with the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS), Leiden University, Netherlands. His research interests include evolutionary computation, machine learning, and their real-world applications, especially in sustainable smart industry and health. He is also a member of the interdisciplinary programme Society, Artificial Intelligence and Life Sciences (SAILS).

Li Jianqiang : Male, Ph.D., Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Executive Director of National Engineering Laboratory of Big Data System Computing Technology, Deputy Dean of School of Computer Software of Shenzhen University, Executive Director of Institute of Network and Information Security, Winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund, Chief Scientist of National Key R & D Program, Selected as National Young Talents, Director of Guangdong Provincial Big Data Analysis Engineering Technology Research Center, Winner of Guangdong Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, Head of Guangdong Provincial Artificial Intelligence Teaching Team, Selected as ' Liyuanyouqing ' Training Program of Shenzhen University in 2016. Born in 1980, he received his Bachelor of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering degrees from South China University of Technology in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He entered Shenzhen University to teach in August 2008. He has been engaged in artificial intelligence, robotics, Internet of Things, and mobile medical research for many years. He chairs four projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, including one key project, one general and one youth project. He has published more than 200 papers in the fields of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, hybrid systems, optimal control, robot vision, and mobile medical, and more than 100 papers have been included in SCI. More than 50 national patents have been applied.

Honggui Han, Professor, Beijing University of Technology, PhD Supervisor, Deputy Dean, School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation. The main research direction is intelligent optimization control of complex systems. It has presided over national key research and development projects and major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. It has achieved a series of innovative achievements in intelligent feature detection, self-organizing control and multi-objective collaborative optimization. In 2017, it was funded by the National Excellent Youth Fund. In 2019, it was selected as an outstanding young scientist in Beijing universities. In 2020, it was selected as a young scientist of the Chinese Society of Automation. In 2015, it was selected as a young talent lift project of the China Association for Science and Technology. He is currently the director of the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education of the ' Digital Community ', the deputy director of the Beijing Key Laboratory of ' Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Systems ', the secretary-general of the ' Environmental Perception and Protection Automation Professional Committee of China Automation Society ', the director of the ' Beijing Automation Society ', and the director of the ' Beijing Artificial Intelligence Society '.In recent years, the first author ( or corresponding author ) has published 71 academic papers and written 2 monographs in IEEE journals, IFAC journals, Journal of Automation and other famous journals at home and abroad. Yan Junchi, Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Director of the 2030 new generation of artificial intelligence youth project of the Ministry of Science and Technology ( combination optimization machine learning solution ), Youqing of the Natural Science Foundation ( intelligent graph calculation ), and chief expert of AI resource construction of the Ministry of Education ( deep learning ). He was the Chief Research Fellow of IBM China Institute. The research direction is machine learning, and the intersection in the fields of operational research optimization, quantum computing and so on. Published hundreds of CCF-A first / communication author papers, Google academic citations more than ten thousand times. He is the chairman of ICML, NeurIPS, CVPR and other fields, and the editor of Pattern Recognition journal. Youbo / outstanding member of China Computer Society.

Yan Junchi 's team is actively engaged in related exploration in quantum artificial intelligence. In October 2022, his proposed problems in quantum computing and brain-like computing ' Where will the major innovations in the field of computing come from, and whether the computing power of quantum computing will be close to the computing power of the human brain ' was selected by ' Zhijiang Laboratory ' and ' Science ' to jointly publish the top ten scientific issues in the field of intelligent computing '.
